Vehicle Description

F40 Motorsports is proud to offer this stunning 2006 ERA Shelby Cobra.ERA 427SC Cobra chassis #729 in Dupont 3 stage paint “Hot Hues Blue” with silver stripes. Powered with a Ford FE428 with Edelbrock aluminum heads and aluminum intake manifold with a Holley 750 cfm carb with a Comp high lift cam with hydraulic lifters and adjustable rockers. Ignition is a MSD 6L with MSD distributor. A Moroso large capacity racing oil pan is used along with a 6 inch oil cooler. A heavy duty aluminum radiator is used inconjunction with a heavy duty automatic electric fan with manual override for effective engine cooling. The gearbox is a Tremec 600 5 speed with overdrive. The rear end is a Jag I.R.S. (Dana 44) positraction with 3.54 gears and inboard disk brakes. Front brakes are 12.3 inch diameter GM disks with Sierra 4 piston calipers. Wheels are 15 inch Trigo 6 pin drive with stainless knockoffs, Front tires are Dunlop 235-60 and rear tires are Dunlop 295-50. Custom 2 inch headers are ceramic coated leading to ceramic coated sidepipes. The frame is powder coated gloss black. Wishbone front suspension uses adjustable Eibach coil over shocks and the rear uses dual Eibach adjustable coil over shocks. The cockpit sports adjustable leather seats and a leather dash with Smith gauges and a Mota-Lita wood steering wheel. A full car cover is included.
